The space
Step into a bright living area featuring a comfortable sofa. The space includes a ceiling fan, TV, and a mobile bar area, a central table a split-type air conditioner, a sliding glass doors open onto the porch and a fenced backyard.

The enclosed kitchen is equipped of your cooking needs, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A small table with 2 chairs provides a cozy breakfast nook.

Enjoy meals at a round dining table for 2 guests. There is also a 2-seater sofa and ceiling fan for a comfortable dining experience.

Our bedroom features a queen-size bed, a TV, a cabinet, dresser, ceiling fan, a full-length mirror and split-type air conditioner.

The bathroom features a tub and shower combo, vanity sink with mirror, full-length mirror, and toilet bowl.

The porch features 2 outdoor chairs and a small table—perfect for reading a book, enjoying morning coffee, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.

Relax in the L-shaped, fenced backyard with outdoor chairs and a center table — perfect for enjoying morning coffee, evening drinks, or a sunny afternoon.

This bungalow is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking for a cozy, well-equipped home with both indoor comfort and outdoor charm.

Our property boasts a washer and dryer located in the kitchen, provided at no extra cost. Moreover, there is a fenced driveway providing one parking spot, and there is also 1 parking spot in the alley on the side of the house

We only provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towel, toilet papers, and garbage bags.

* ENJOY YOUR STAY BUT PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS: DISTURBANCES AFTER 10:00PM CAN RESULT IN AN EARLY TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY WITH NO REFUND *

- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard.
- Strictly No parties or events are allowed
- No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed.
- No unregistered guests are allowed.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.
- Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
- Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only.
- The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
- Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
- Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
- Complimentary and starting basic essentials
- Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
- Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
- Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
- No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
- Trailers/Boat are not allowed on the property or on the streets of this community.
- Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
- Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 40 days or more.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
