The Space:

Welcome to Rockies Alpine Haven, your perfect Steamboat getaway just two blocks from Gondola Square. Whether you're here for powder days or summer adventures, this centrally located condo puts you minutes from skiing, dining, hiking, and everything in between.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering. The comfortable living room offers ample seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace (available during ski season), creating the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful valley views. Early risers may even catch hot air balloons floating overhead!



The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make it easy to enjoy meals at home, with seating for eight between the dining table and bar. Whether you're cooking, playing games, or sharing stories from the day, this space was made for connection.



This condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and convenient access to a full bathroom with an in-unit washer and dryer. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, with a separate bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional flexibility for larger groups.



Guests have access to a variety of community amenities, including a heated pool, two hot tubs, grill stations, and a summer volleyball court; perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Please note these amenities are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance. The pool and spa will be closed May 1 through May 5.



Getting around is effortless with the free city bus stop located just across the parking lot, offering quick access to the ski area, downtown Steamboat, and local shops and restaurants.



Additional notes:

This unit includes one parking pass, which is strictly enforced during peak seasons.

Like most mountain homes, there is no air conditioning, but fans are provided to take advantage of the cool evening air.
