Inside the home you are greeted with an open-concept living room with smart TV and queen pull out sectional sofa. The combined kitchen and dining area offering a fully stocked kitchen, eat-in island, dining table and direct access to the patio. The patio is equip for outside meals and smores over the firepit!
The main level offers a primary bedroom with on-suite bathroom and smart TV. Half bath off the garage offers quick access. Upstairs you`ll find two private bedrooms providing two twin over full bunks beds (sleeping 6) in one bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The open loft provides a smart TV and a day bed with trundle sleeping an additional two guests. The home offers board games, child`s dinnerware, high chair and complete crib. Okoboji Wave House is a professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental. Brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company that has been your trusted name in hospitality since 2012. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store. Items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, pack n’ plays or toddler cots, bottled water packs, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on the store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Parking space for up to 4+ vehicles in the driveway. Overflow parking lots at the main resort and dedicated parking lot for boats and trailers.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
