The space
Spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom house with two entertaining areas, formal dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom.

Queen bedroom offers plenty of storage with a built-in closet and large dresser.

The last bedroom has two bunk beds with twin size mattresses that can sleep total of 4 people. The upper bunk bed has a limit of 350 pounds and no child under 6 years of age should be allowed on the upper bunk.

The bathroom with a bathtub shower and round mirror is located in the hallway in between the queen and the bunk beds bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking with plenty of silverware, pots, pans, and else you might need.

The first entertaining area is an open concept layout that connects the living room with the kitchen and the formal dining room. The living room has two couches and 75" TV.

The second entertaining area is separate from the living room. It features a bar, ping pong/pool table and, TV, and the third full bathroom. It has access to the pool and lanai/terrace through sliding glass door.

The terrace welcomes you with a relaxing set of outdoor lounging furniture, swimming pool and a barbecue.

Guest access
You can use all parts of the house, inside and outside. The house also has an attached garage which is currently not available to our guests.

Other things to note
Pool Heater Expectations Explained

- We keep the pool heated free of charge to a comfortable swimming temperature in between 82°F and 84°F.

- The water temperature fluctuates based on the air temperature and wind conditions with the nightly air temperature drop being a major factor on how warm the water feels.

- The pool heater runs from 8AM to sunset in sync with the pool pump.

- If the average daily temperature drops below 70°F, the heating is not maintainable and the pool heater will be shut off. This can happen during winter months when there is a cold front. For example, daily high of 76°F and low 56°F => 66°F average.

- If you would like to have the pool heated to even higher temperatures, we will need to ask for an additional co-pay of 20 USD/day per every 2°F.
84°F - 86°F = +20USD/day
86°F - 88°F = +40USD/day
88°F - 90°F = +60USD/day
This is also only possible if air temperature conditions allow. The pool heater is not able to heat up the pool to hot temperatures during cold fronts.
