Escapada de vacaciones perfectas! Venga a alojarse en nuestra fabulosa y espaciosa casa con piscina privada de agua salada / SPA, en la muy deseable área de Vanderbilt Beach. ¡La propiedad está a pocos pasos de la PLAYA! Esta casa cuenta con una amplia piscina privada climatizada en agua salada subterránea / spa y Lanai que es ideal para relajarse después de un día en la playa. Esta casa de Naples, es grande y espaciosa, con comedor al aire libre, parrilla a gas y sillones y cercada en todas partes.

Usted y su familia disfrutarán de nuestra casa luminosa, espaciosa y cómoda, tiene todo lo que un huésped podría pedir.
Con 3 cómodas habitaciones y 2 baños amplios y una cocina totalmente equipada para su uso. Estacionamiento para 4 autos

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama Queen size con baño en suite y un amplio vestidor. El baño tiene dos lavabos y una gran ducha. Tiene una vista de la piscina y el área de spa. El dormitorio principal también tiene TV.

Las habitaciones de invitados tienen camas Queen y armarios grandes. Una habitación tiene una oficina incorporada para su uso con WIFI gratuito disponible en toda la casa.

Positives: * Gary the goose! Gary is a plastic goose located outside the pool deck area. We named him Gary. *Communication with owners was great and so friendly!* Location! Loved the neighborhood. Quiet, private, friendly. Enjoyed walks each day! Driving to the beach was 4 minutes from driveway to parking garage! amazing! * SPACIOUS! All bedrooms are roomy with plenty of storage/closet space and hangers. * A water pressure!* Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. * Kitchen well stocked and everything you would need. * Gas grill on the pool deck.* Screened in pool deck * Very accessible! No problems with mobility. Disappointment: * There were no paper towels, no kleenex, no napkins, no garbage bags, no spray cleaner. We needed to purchase all. * the spa/hottub would not heat beyond the pool temp which was 86. We were hoping for a true spa, around 104 degrees.* No stopper in bathtub (which, for children is essential!)* Could not get pool deck lights to work. Decided to unplug lamps from inside and bring them outside for light. * Had to replace several lightbulbs throughout the house (in all bathrooms).* Linens. Bedding was fine however the bathroom towels/handtowels/washcloths need to be replaced. * No beach towels were available. * 2 out of 4 beach chairs provided were broken* There were 3 bikes, none could be used. ( all three had flat tires and no pump. One had broken handlebars).

Great location! The home is beautiful and was very clean. Communication with the host was easy. Everything was smooth and we had no issues. I recommend this home and will definitely stay there again.

House and location fantastic; amenities were kind of neglected

The house and location of the property were great, and the vacation was overall terrific. The host didn’t spend much on the inside of the house, though. The beds, bedding, and couches were old, and two of the 4 beach chairs were broken. The host should have provided more than one key, or a key code, for access to a 3-bedroom house. Also, the host should have provided some directions as to how to use the outdated and difficult to operate controls for the hot tub and pool. Also, the alarm system annoyingly announced any outside door that opened, so everyone would be woken up any time an early riser went out to the pool or left the house. I inquired with the host about de-activating this, but did not get a response.

Great experience

We had a great stay at this property. The best part is the location - so close to the beach and Mercato, a shopping / restaurant center. It would be a little bit of a hike to walk to the beach from the house but it was a short drive, though parking near the beach was a bit challenging. It's also walkable to Dunkin' Donuts and a small bar which was convenient. The house was as described and the pool/spa were great. Everything was clean and the host communicated when we needed anything. I would recommend a stay at this property.

Great vacation time

We had a chance to rent this property for vacation and loved it. House was clean and very spacious. Talking to the manager was easy with always a prompt response. Kids loved the pool.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed this clean, centrally located, wonderful house. The owner is quick to respond whenever you have questions. We took a short drive to the beach several times a day and never had trouble parking. We highly recommend this house. We hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did.

Nice vacation home

Overall the experience and rental home was wonderful and the owner always responded quickly. There are some things that needs attention but nothing that would deter me away from this place. Things like a deep clean of the house as we found missing items from past guest on the floor, bikes that were available for us to use needed to have air in them and no tire pump and the pool was not salt water. The Master bedrooms bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. The Lockbox for the key was an excellent use for the key to get in and out. The pool guy was very friendly and pleasant to chat with when he was there. If I happen to ever be in Naples again I would rent this home again. Thanks so much for letting us stay there!!

Clean, beautiful and relaxing

Upon entering the house, we were stunned at how clean the house was. (Last year we had to clean our rental for a couple of hours). The pool was our favorite, as we relaxed after a day of working (we stayed there for 5 weeks) The kitchen had just about everything you need. We would definitely book again!

Great stay in Naples!

We loved the location of this home! It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything you may need is just a short drive away. Beaches are beautiful and close! (Parking can be a problem if you don't get to the beach early.) We had a few issues while we were at the house, but the owner was quick to respond and resolve any problems.

Accommodations were very nice. Host was very responsive. I wouldn't consider location to beach is within walking distance, however very short drive to Wiggins State Park with reasonable parking fee and beautiful beach. We would consider reserving again. Thank you

Overall Good..

We did not have a seamless experience, but the owner was easy to contact and very responsive. There was apparently some confusion with housekeeping, so the sheets were still in the dryer at our arrival - no big deal at all. The home is definitely not 5 min walk to the beach, but prob a 7m drive. For the price, it was great. I would highly recommend a home binder with info on how to operate the security system as well as how to leave the home upon checking out

This is an excellent rental property! The rental price is very reasonable for all the amenities.

This house is very nice and clean. It can use some upgrades/extras; newer couches, more kitchen accessories and newer beach towels mostly. Beach is very far to walk and limited parking; would of liked to be closer. Appliances & pool/hot tub were great. Any issues; owners were close, very kind and wonderful to work with!!!

Very disappointed

The house is very dated and definitely not clean. Lots of pet hair on living room furniture. The sheets in the master bedroom were unwashed and we had to wash them ourselves. The towels are very warned out, almost threadbare. Kitchenware is sparse and old, cracked/chipped. Only 3 wine goblets for the house that can sleep 6. The pool was never warm enough to enjoy and jacuzzi was emptying out every evening, when we wanted to use it and filling up again in the morning, when we were leaving for the day. I asked for some partial refund and the manager/owner refused.

Spacious and good location

This house is dated but is clean and spacious. Owner is very responsive and the location is great between the Vanderbilt Beach garage and the state park beaches. Pool and hot tub are nice additions but note that the controls are inside in the family room.

We had an amazing time. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal. We had a couple of questions and the owner responded immediately. Highly recommend. We can't wait to go back!

Great house and pool

Kitchen was updated and we like the pool/hot tub. One of the bedrooms is more of an office than a bedroom, but it was a functional room. Property manager was really nice and respond to my texts in a prompt manner.

Nice, quiet house

Very spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was great. Short drive to Vanderbilt and Wiggins beaches. Close to groceries and restaurants. Would definitely return to this rental.
