Mountain Property Notes
-Weather can change quickly—4WD/AWD is recommended in the winter months.
-This home sits at about 8,200 ft elevation. It is important to stay hydrated.
-The area has an extremely high wildfire risk, so strict adherence to fire rules is critical for safety. No smoking and no ember-producing equipment. Guests may use the on-site propane grill and fire pit.

Pets
-Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome with an additional pet fee
-Please clean up after pets and keep them off furniture
The home is set on a scenic mountainside with beautiful natural terrain, which creates the stunning views you’ll enjoy during your stay. Because of this, the yard is not flat or fully fenced, so it may not be ideal for pets that need open space to roam freely. We recommend supervising pets and planning for leashed walks.

Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and property protection. Cameras are positioned at the driveway and at the home's entry points.
One camera also captures a portion of the exterior deck around the door area. Cameras are not actively monitored during guest stays and are used only when needed for safety, security, or rule compliance. There are no cameras inside the home or covering private areas such as the hot tub.
