From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel immersed in lush rainforest surroundings, with peekaboo views of Tofino Harbour adding to the experience. Large living room windows bring the forest in, creating a bright yet private space to relax.

Step outside to a covered patio featuring seating for four, plus an outdoor shower and a wood-burning sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.



Inside, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a full bath, making it ideal for families or groups. The thoughtfully designed kitchen is fully equipped for preparing full meals, and the large dining table seats six, so gathering together is easy and comfortable.



The living room provides ample seating for everyone, along with a TV for cozy evenings in.



Located just a 10-minute walk from downtown Tofino, Tofino House puts you close to everything while still offering a quiet, private setting on a peaceful cul-de-sac. You’ll be directly across from the popular Shelter Restaurant at the Tofino Resort + Marina, only steps from local surf shops and the beloved Tofino Coffee Roasting Company, and just a short drive from the stunning Chesterman Beach.



***On-Site Caretaker Suite – Tofino Bylaw: Please note that, in accordance with Tofino Bylaws for licensed vacation rentals, a long-term tenant resides on the property in a separate caretaker suite. This requirement helps support the local community by ensuring that long-term housing remains available for people who live and work in Tofino. Guests have full and private access to the entire vacation rental they have booked. The only shared area is the driveway/parking area. The caretaker has their own separate living space, so guests can still enjoy the privacy and comfort of the vacation rental throughout their stay.





IMPORTANT Things to Know/Host Rules (This avoids complaints)



• No parties or events

• Amenities listed are those provided with the property.

• If you require specific items, please ask before booking and we will do our best to assist.

• Renter's Agreement: All guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

• Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

• Maximum Occupancy: In accordance with Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of six (6) guests is permitted, including infants and children. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation and require guests to leave the property without refund.

• Minimum Stay Requirements: During peak summer season (July-August), a minimum stay of 3 nights is required (unless it fills a gap)

• All summer bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps between reservations. During the summer season, reservation changes that create a one-night gap between bookings cannot be accommodated, as we do not accept one-night stays.

• A minimum stay of three (3) nights is also required for all Canadian Statutory Holiday periods.

• DOG Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed only. All dogs must be approved AND PAID FOR prior to arrival. Guests who arrive with unregistered dogs or exceed the approved pet limit may be required to check out immediately. Dogs may not be left unattended in the property unless they are securely crated. Sorry no cats allowed.

• Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbours and the local community.

• VRBO: Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. Guests who cancel at least 30 days prior to their arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

• Accidental Damage Protection: A $10/day fee is already included in your reservation and covers accidental damages up to $1,000. This does not cover damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.
