The sunny west-facing balcony overlooking the garden is a great place to relax in the fresh air. In addition to a combined living-dining-bedroom with an open kitchen and access to the balcony, the apartment features another room with a bunk bed, a brightly tiled shower room/toilet, and a hallway. It’s just a few minutes by bike to the sandy or grassy beach, as well as to the spa center and spa park. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, banks, shopping, and a bus stop. A private outdoor parking space (No. 15) in front of the house and a bicycle storage room within the complex are available for your use.

Situated on Bäderring, it’s just a two-minute walk to the town center, where you’ll find a bus stop, a Sparkasse bank, restaurants, a hair salon, a family doctor’s office, a dentist’s office, and bike rentals. You’ll also find shopping options, a bakery, and a pharmacy in the neighborhood.

The spa park, mini-golf course, adventure golf course, seawater outdoor pool, bowling alley, and the sandy and grassy beach are all within a 20-minute walk. The seawater indoor pool with thalassotherapy, climbing park, forest outdoor pool, bowling alley, indoor pool, harbor (ferry connections to the Hamburg harbor, Heligoland, Brunsbüttel, Neuwerk, harbor tours, and seal colonies), the fish market, “Windstärke 10” (museum), and the train station—all within a 20-minute drive or bus ride.
