The brightly tiled bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and toilet was also newly renovated in 2022 and meets the latest standards.

The building features a swimming pool, sauna, and solarium, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee). Of course, the apartment also includes a free underground parking space. An elevator runs from the underground garage up to the 6th floor.
