Vacation apartment Panter- dream view in the Black Forest

This centrally located vacation apartment, approximately 90 m² in size, features a spacious living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, and is located in the “ 1.UG ” section of our property! It’s idyllically situated on the edge of the forest, making it an ideal starting point for hikes! A sleeper sofa in the living room provides space for 1–2 additional guests. In addition, 2 more single beds can be added. A crib can also be provided free of charge upon request werden.so, accommodating 5 adults + 1 baby.

Parking is available right in front of the house on the street!
Shopping, the train station, and a playground are all within a 5-minute walk. A foot bath is 200 m away.

Dear guests,
We hope you had a wonderful time with us. :)
We ask that you vacate our apartment by 10 a.m. so that we have enough time to clean the apartment for the next guests.
The apartment must be left in a tidy condition! This includes:
*Clean the oven/stove
*Empty the dishwasher and put the clean dishes away in their proper places after drying them
*Dispose of trash (according to the recycling guidelines!!!)
*Clean any appliances and furnishings you used
*Gather used towels and dish towels in the bathtub
*Leave the apartment key in the door
*Turn off the heat and close the windows
*Pay the visitor’s tax in cash
Please take everything that belongs to you with you and don’t forget anything. Please leave everything that belongs to us behind
(Otherwise, that’s called theft :) )
Additional charges for failure to comply with the house rules/rental terms, as this results in extra work and costs for us



*Apartment not swept clean: 20.00 euros

*Dishwasher not emptied upon departure and dishes not returned to the cupboards: 30.00 euros

*Trash cans not emptied: 10.00


*Arriving more than 30 minutes after the check-out time will result in a charge for an additional night’s stay.


*Missing towel. 25 euros per towel


*Loss of key: minimum charge of 500 euros


These house rules are designed to ensure that you can enjoy the most pleasant and safe stay possible in our vacation rental and that we can rest easy. Compliance with these house rules is therefore essential. A violation of these house rules constitutes a violation of the rental terms. We ask that you observe these rules and wish you a wonderful stay.
