The detached holiday home “Im Birkenweg” is situated in a quiet spot on the outskirts of Rheinau-Linx – where the last houses end and meadows, fields and nature begin. A small stream babbles right next to the house, and from the balcony the view stretches across the countryside to the Black Forest.

Here, you won’t spend your days cooped up indoors, but surrounded by nature, shared experiences and true relaxation. Children can explore the stream, watch the fish or look for storks and deer in the surrounding meadows. Adults can enjoy the peace and quiet, the sweeping views and the special atmosphere of this house.

At the same time, the holiday home is ideally situated for day trips:

Please note: The holiday home is ideal for spending time together with family and friends. Loud parties, loud music or late-night shouting are not in keeping with the character of the house and are not permitted.
The holiday home offers over 160 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 12 people; it is let exclusively for private use.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
● Ground-floor bedroom with a double bed
● First-floor bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed
● Open-plan sleeping loft with a futon bed
● Additional sleeping arrangements in the living room and hallway

Please note: The sleeping loft and parts of the upper floor are accessed via a space-saving staircase and offer limited privacy. Whilst the layout is usually ideal for families and groups, this is important to note for guests who require fully enclosed bedrooms.

The spacious bathroom features a shower and a bath. A separate guest WC is also available.

The living area forms the heart of the house. Large windows provide plenty of light and offer views of the countryside. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, particularly during the cooler months.
