The location is ideal for active guests: You can reach the Greifswald Bodden in just about 10 minutes by car or in about 30 minutes by bike. The city center is also within easy walking distance—it’s only about a 20-minute walk away. Shopping options, a pharmacy, a gas station, and the train station are all within about one kilometer. The nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.

The vacation rental is a perfect starting point for a variety of excursions in the region—whether on foot, by bike, or by car. The popular Baltic Sea islands of Usedom and Rügen are each about a 30-minute drive away.

For your safety, the apartment is, of course, equipped with a smoke detector.

This bright and tastefully furnished two-bedroom vacation rental offers modern comforts and plenty of space for a relaxing stay. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need: a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, refrigerator with freezer, and all kitchen utensils are at your disposal. In the separate bedroom, a cozy box-spring bed (1.65 × 2 m) ensures restful nights; a spacious closet and two chairs provide additional comfort. In the living area, a sofa bed (1.5 × 2 m) invites you to relax or serves as an extra sleeping surface. A dining table with chairs, small furnishings, a coat rack, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi are, of course, included.

For longer stays, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. In the courtyard, a cozy bench with a table invites you to relax outdoors and wind down at the end of the day. A parking space right in the courtyard is included for your use. You can conveniently park your bicycles in the entryway in front of the apartment.
