Via Salinenstraße and a pedestrian bridge, you can reach the historic city center in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find the market square, a wide variety of shopping options, as well as doctors’ offices and other amenities for your daily needs. For larger shopping trips, there is a shopping center in Neuenkirchen, approximately 4 km away.



Vacation Rental:

Seaside, sunny, cozy, and centrally located: This stylishly furnished vacation apartment features high-quality amenities while remaining pleasantly simple and uncluttered. A special highlight is the stunning view of the south-facing marina—the city and nature are both right on your doorstep.

Keys are conveniently handed over via a key safe with a code. For entertainment and comfort, Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s), a stereo system (DAB+, Bluetooth, CD, USB), and two 32-inch cable TVs are available. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults plus a maximum of 2 (young) children. In the north-facing bedroom, you’ll sleep on a 1.60 m × 2.00 m mattress (7-zone pocket spring core, firmness level H2H3). A mosquito net on the window and a large built-in closet with a full-length mirror provide additional comfort. The living room features a fold-out sofa bed (1.35 m × 2.00 m)—well-suited for up to two (small) children or one adult.

The bathroom features a shower/tub combination, plenty of storage space, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area makes self-catering easy. Practical extras such as a vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, beach shelter, high chair, balcony furniture, extra blankets and pillows, and cleaning supplies are available. A safe is also provided (key on the keyring you’ll receive). Bedding and towels are included.

Outside, you can enjoy a covered south-facing balcony measuring approximately 2 m × 3 m, furnished with two lounge chairs—a lovely spot for breakfast, while watching the boats come and go in the marina. Access to the apartment is via a staircase (no elevator); the apartment itself is at ground level. A free parking space is located right next to the apartment. A public playground is nearby.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
