Here you’ll enjoy a central yet quiet location, perfect for relaxation.<br><br>The apartment is fully equipped, including towels and bedding, and is located just a five-minute walk from the basilica in Ottobeuren. Numerous shopping options, the swimming pool, pharmacies, and ATMs are also within easy walking distance.<br><br>The self-contained apartment spans 3 floors (1st to 3rd floor) of a vacation home and consists of the following rooms:<br><br>• 2 bedrooms (1st and 3rd floors): The bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed for 2 people (1.8 x 2 m); the bedroom on the 3rd floor has 3 single beds (0.9 x 2 m).<br>• 1 very spacious living room (2nd floor): sofa bed (1.4 x 2 m), wardrobe, 60'' smart TV, and PlayStation (PS3).<br>• 1 fully equipped kitchen (1st floor): dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and various household appliances.<br>• 1 dining room (1st floor), which can also be used as a workspace, offers space for dining, playing, or social gatherings. A high chair for children is also available.<br>• 2 bathrooms (1st floor and 2nd floor): The bathroom on the 1st floor features a bathtub, sink, and window. The bathroom on the 2nd floor features a shower, washing machine, and skylight.<br>• 1 guest restroom (1st floor).<br><br>The apartment is equipped with heaters and fans, but does not have air conditioning. There are also a few chairs and a table outside. Freshly laundered towels and bed linens are provided. You’ll also find additional supplies for daily use in the respective rooms. <br><br>Make yourself at home during your stay.<br><br>You’ll have the apartment all to yourselves. The apartment has its own private entrance. The building shares a common entrance with the ground-floor vacation rental. <br><br>Free parking is available at the building or in the parking lot across the street.<br><br>Option to expand your stay:<br>There is another vacation rental on the first floor (HoLiDay ApartMENT Allgäu), which can be booked separately if needed and subject to availability. Another option is to book the entire vacation home (HoLiDay HouSE Allgäu).<br><br>Flexibility and security:<br>The house is equipped with a key safe, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. To prevent unauthorized access, there is a camera in the foyer, which is shared with the ground-floor vacation apartment.<br><br>The accommodations are an excellent starting point for numerous shopping and leisure activities. The Oberallgäu, Munich, Ulm, Kempten, and the Lake Constance region can all be reached in less than an hour by car.<br><br>The apartment is very centrally located in the active spa town of Ottobeuren in the Allgäu foothills. <br>Ottobeuren is an ideal retreat for culture, relaxation, wellness, and sports. It is internationally renowned for its Benedictine Abbey, which is over 1,250 years old—one of the largest Baroque monastic complexes in Europe—and its imposing basilica, which hosts world-class church concerts. <br><br>The basilica and the Benedictine Abbey, as well as numerous shopping options, pharmacies, ATMs, restaurants, and the outdoor pool, are all within walking distance. A romantic lake called Schachen is about a 5-minute drive away. Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles are about a 45-minute drive away. The thermal baths in Bad Wörishofen and the Allgäu Skyline Park are about a 30-minute drive away.<br>You can also reach the Allgäu Alps—for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and more—in about 30–45 minutes by car.
