This traditional townhouse has 3 floors. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with two sofas and satellite TV, the dining area with a corner bench and two chairs, the well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, gas stove, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, as well as the bathroom with a shower.

The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One is furnished with a 150-centimeter double bed, and the second has two 90-centimeter single beds.

A staircase leads up to the beautifully furnished and covered 15-square-meter rooftop terrace. From there, you can already enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. However, this view is surpassed by the 20-square-meter viewing platform above the rooftop terrace, which is furnished with benches, a table, chairs, and a sofa. The ocean view from there is hard to beat. A charcoal grill is available for barbecue enthusiasts.

Wi-Fi is available in the house, which you can use free of charge.

About the property’s location: The townhouse is located about 400 meters from the beach. The countless bars, restaurants, and a large supermarket are just a few minutes’ walk away. If you plan to stay only in Conil, a car is generally not necessary.
