INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL:
We furnish essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial supplies include: dishwasher soap, washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like a hotel but NOT restocked), shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
NOTE: Garage height is 6'8. No oversized vehicle parking is available. A $50/vehicle resort parking fee (maximum 2 vehicles) is paid directly to the parking management company after booking.
We welcome snowbirds and offer long-term rental discounts.

Condo was perfect, just as advertised. Very clean, nicely decorated and had everything needed for our vacation. Host was very responsive in communication. The beach service was an added plus! Definitely will book again.

The property is beautiful. The host is attentive and her response is fast. She does try her best to accommodate the needs. The unit was not as clean as it should be, but everyone has different standards of cleaning. When it was brought to the attention of the host not as a complaint but as for her to know she was very aggravated about the comment. The elevators have delays of even 20 minutes. There was an issue with the TVs and with the world cup going on was sad not to be able to see it in the room. Host explained that someone had lost the remote control and she did order a new one, but it was not there yet.

Thank you for your comments about cleanliness, especially concerning the floors. I didn’t mean to come across as "aggravated" when I shared the photos of the freshly cleaned floors before your arrival. I simply wanted to show the high standards we strive to maintain.
Other property owners have mentioned that dirt may be introduced into the units from the parking garage, as luggage carts are often transported directly from there into the units, which goes against building policy.
The unit is equipped with four televisions, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room, which is perfect for enjoying events like the World Cup. We acknowledge that the remote for one of the smaller TVs in the bedroom was missing when you arrived. Our cleaning crew informed us about the missing remote just before your check-in. We promptly ordered a replacement. Due to the busy season, it can be challenging to replace lost remotes immediately. However, after a recent technician's visit, we are happy to report that all TVs are now equipped with remotes.

This condo was excellent! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool and all the amenities. The condo had everything we would need and more! The host was accessible for any questions or concerns and extremely helpful! I couldn’t recommend this property more. We had a wonderful stay!
