Elegant Frisian-style house for 6 people, approximately 80 square meters in size, with a rowboat and fishing boat (Anka model, suitable for 4 adults), offering a beautiful view of Lake Sternberg. The house is designed to accommodate 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The living room features a Smart TV (with a free Netflix account) and a combined DVD player and micro-stereo system, along with a corner sofa and two armchairs that comfortably seat 6 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner electric stove with multifunction settings (convection, etc.), a microwave, and a refrigerator with a large separate freezer compartment. There are 2 lounge chairs, a table with 6 chairs, a grill, and a patio umbrella.

Each of the three bedrooms sleeps 2 people. Upstairs, the two bedrooms opening onto the terrace each have a double bed. The bedroom on the first floor has two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, which can easily be pushed together (since they have no outer frame) to form a single sleeping surface. Each bedroom has a spacious closet.

There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. A height-adjustable shower stool is also available. The lower bathroom has a washing machine. The house is wheelchair-accessible: there are no steps leading up to the front door. The bathroom and the bedroom on the first floor have doors that are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. The terrace also has wheelchair-accessible access. The rowboat is available from April through October (subject to availability and at your own risk).

The house is equipped to accommodate guests with allergies (e.g., washable comforters and pillows; pets are not allowed). The house is smoke-free. A small swimming area with a beach is located in the park about 25 m away. A public outdoor lake swimming pool with slides is about 700 m away. The historic city center of Sternberg, with numerous shops, is about 500 m away. Schwerin and the Baltic Sea coast are about 35 km away.

Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection) is available free of charge.

Nearby, you can rent canoes for trips on the Warnow or Mildenitz rivers, as well as bicycles.
