The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as
—of course—plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, a toaster, a kettle, and a
coffee maker.
The cozy dining area is perfect not only for meals but also for long game nights. The
centerpiece of the living room is the TV with a built-in CD and DVD player.
With two walk-in showers in two bathrooms, each with its own toilet, and plenty of space to move around in the large bathroom,
the apartment is very guest-friendly.

The beach promenade is just 150 m from the front door and can therefore be reached in a few minutes on foot

The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
