Information for wheelchair users:
The building’s elevator has interior dimensions of 110 cm x 140 cm, and the doors are 89 cm wide.
The apartment’s doors are 92 cm wide, and the covered balcony is accessible from the living room without a threshold.
The large bathroom features a walk-in shower (150 cm x 150 cm) with a folding seat (height 50 cm), a toilet (height 48 cm) with grab bars, and a wheelchair-accessible sink.
The beds in the first bedroom are equipped with three motors for adjusting the head and foot sections as well as the overall height. If necessary, additional side rails can be inserted to prevent falling out of bed. The two beds cannot be separated, but the entire bed can be moved.



The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
