You’ll be staying in a wonderful 3-room attic duplex apartment for up to 6 people with approx. 90 m² of living space right on the dike.

The first floor features a comfortable living/dining area that includes a kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. A coffee maker and a Senseo coffee machine are also provided. There is a spacious master bedroom (with TV) as well as a guest bathroom with a shower. The balcony, which is perfect for a cozy breakfast under the blue sky or a relaxing glass of wine to wind down the day, is accessible from the living room.
Children’s tableware and a collection of games are provided to welcome your children.

Upstairs is the wonderful loft (open to the living area), where you can retreat to play and relax. It is furnished with a cozy double sofa bed. On the same level is the spacious children’s room with two separate beds, as well as another bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

The living room and loft are equipped with flat-screen TVs, as well as a DVD player (loft).

The apartment also includes its own underground parking space (covered) just a short walk from the elevator.



The Hohe Lith residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
