Only the 6-bed vacation apartment (Eifeltraum), measuring 133 m², is equipped with a sauna.For bookings of fewer than 4 nights, a short-stay surcharge of €5.00 per person per night applies—this is already included in the total price. Payment is due after booking to the host’s bank account.Note on the guest tax: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at lodging establishments in the Gerolstein Municipal Association have been required to pay a guest tax of 0.75 euros per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0–5, as well as business and educational travelers, are exempt from this fee. The guest tax is not included in the booking price; it is charged separately by the accommodation provider and forwarded to the Gerolstein Municipal Association.
