Our vacation apartment on the top floor, newly built in 2022, is accessible via a private staircase. <br/>It features a spacious layout, modern design, and invites you to relax and feel at home. The adjoining balcony, approximately 10 m² in size, features a table and chairs, has a sunshade, and is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe, a dresser, a mirror, a TV, and a stereo system, as well as two bistro chairs and a side table. An extra bed can be added if needed.<br/> In addition to a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror cabinet, the bathroom also features a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, sink (including a dishwasher), coffee maker, electric kettle, and egg cooker, and is fully stocked with all necessary dishes and utensils. A dining table with chairs is also available here.<br/> A separate storage room provides space to store suitcases or other items. Your living room has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You’ll love the comfortable corner couch, TV/stereo system, reading nook, sideboard, end tables, and the room’s tasteful decor. The pull-out couch with a topper (120x200) and a fold-out bed (90x200) can be converted into two full-sized, comfortable sleeping areas.<br/> Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment; pets are not allowed.<br><br><br><br>Welcome to our modernly furnished vacation apartments<br/>The ground-floor apartment features an entryway, a bedroom, a kitchen-dining area with a separate pantry, a spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a living room with access to the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and internet access (Telekom hotspot), can accommodate 2 people on a sleeper sofa. This means the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.<br/>The attic apartment, accessible via a separate staircase, can also accommodate up to 4 guests.<br><br><br><br>On-site costs: Towel package per person: 5.00 €. Bed linens included. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The guest fee (formerly the visitor’s tax) for the Daun municipal association, amounting to 2.10 EUR per night for guests aged 18 and older, is already included in the total price. You will receive your guest card, along with the associated services and benefits, digitally or directly at the accommodation upon arrival.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
