The collectivo (low-cost transportation) is just a few blocks away. If you have a car, parking is available — 5 spaces in front of the building, plus street parking on the side street.

Check-in is available 24 hours a day after 3pm, and your entry code will already be waiting in your arrival instructions. No coordinating schedules, no delays. The rooftop is open daily from 8am to 10pm. Extra cleaning, towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee — just ask. Our team is online daily from 9am to 10pm and typically responds within 30 minutes.

Drinking water: 5-gallon tanks for 50 pesos ($3 USD), just send us a note during the day and we will deliver it. Free street parking is available nearby.
