Our unique apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment building offers a breathtaking view of the Lake Constance landscape. Centrally located yet peaceful, this is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation—whether you’re savoring breakfast at sunrise or a fine bottle of Lake Constance wine in the evening as the sun sets.<br><br>Our two-room vacation apartment, “Dachterrasse,” is located on the quiet outskirts of Friedrichshafen in an apartment building. From throughout the apartment and the spacious rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view across Lake Constance all the way to the Swiss and Austrian Alps. Sun from sunrise to sunset.<br>Ample parking is available—we also offer an underground parking space for an additional fee—reservation required.<br><br>Good bus service (bus stop 50 m away) and within walking distance of the Lake Constance shore (Graf-Zeppelin-Haus, 19 minutes) and the Friedrichshafen beach (13 minutes).
