This 5BR Poconos retreat sleeps up to 12, tucked inside a gated community with lake, beach access & community pools. The game room features a pool table, arcade games & shuffleboard. Spend your days at the pool or on the slopes at Camelback (10 min away), and your nights by the fire pit or in the movie room with surround sound. Pet-friendly and made for families & groups.

Minhaus is a spacious, modern retreat built for families and groups who want more than just a place to sleep. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests, there's room for everyone to spread out — and plenty to keep everyone entertained.

Pet-Friendly
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Minhaus — up to 2 pets per stay. A $50 pet fee per pet applies. The community requires proof of current vaccinations for all pets prior to arrival. Please add pets to your reservation at booking and have vaccination records ready to submit..

As Minhaus guests, you'll also have access to the broader gated community's amenities — including pools, lakes with beach access, and sports courts. Passes are provided. All amenities are seasonal. Guest registration with the community is required prior to arrival.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Gated Community & Registration
Minhaus is located in a gated community. Prior to arrival, all guests must complete a registration form and sign a community lease agreement. This ensures a smooth, secure check-in for everyone.

Parking
Up to 4 vehicles permitted per reservation. Vehicles cannot be swapped once your stay has begun — please plan accordingly.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. A $50 fee per pet applies. Proof of current vaccinations is required by the community prior to arrival. Please add pets to your reservation at booking.

Private Pool
The pool is seasonal and opens Memorial Day weekend. It will not be available for stays prior to opening.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night for the duration of your stay. The pool is heated to approximately 82-84°F for a comfortable swimming experience. Please request pool heating at least 24–48 hours before arrival so the pool can reach the desired temperature in time. Pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions.

Security Cameras
Exterior cameras are installed at the front door and backyard for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Fire Pit & Sauna
The fire pit and sauna are available for guest use. Please follow all posted safety guidelines and use responsibly. Firewood is not provided, so guests should plan to bring or purchase firewood locally.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. A $250 cleaning fee applies to violations.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and gatherings involving non-registered guests are not permitted. Please ensure all guests are included in your reservation.

Quiet Hours
Our house is located in a quiet gated residential community.
To respect neighbors and community rules, we ask guests to keep outdoor noise low after 10 PM, especially around the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and deck areas. Late-night gatherings, loud music, shouting, or outdoor speakers are not permitted.

Early Check-In & Late Checkout
We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Availability depends on same-day bookings and cleaning schedules.
