To help you enjoy it all, the home is stocked with lake-ready gear, including camp chairs, inflatable paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets—everything you need for a memorable day by the water. Whether you're seeking adventure or just a peaceful lakeside afternoon, this community has something for everyone.

~Guest access~

Access codes will be distributed prior to arrival and can be used on the two available entry doors.

Enjoy the summer months with access to a variety of community amenities! Passes provide access to enjoy lakes, pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a dog park, and playgrounds.

***Community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 11:00am-7:00PM, pending weather and lifeguard staffing conditions**

****Important Information Regarding Your Stay in Penn Estates****

Please be aware that Penn Estates is a gated community—one of the best in the Poconos—with a few important rules to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Your understanding and cooperation with the following guidelines is greatly appreciated:

~Rental Agreement and Guest Registration:
A signed Rental Agreement and valid ID are required from the guest. The Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the agreement must be completed within 4 hours, and check-in instructions will only be provided after it’s signed.

~Guest Registration:
Before arrival, you’ll receive a Guest Registration Form requesting details about each guest and all vehicles, including driver’s licenses and vehicle information. This form must be completed at least 4 days before arrival (or the same day for bookings within 72 hours of check-in). Failure to submit the form on time may lead to reservation cancellation or an additional $45 fee. Only registered guests—overnight or day visitors, including service providers like private chefs or masseuses—are allowed access to the community and property.

~Gate Access:
When you arrive, please present your photo ID and license plate number at the gate. You’ll receive a temporary gate pass valid for the duration of your stay, allowing you to come and go freely.

~Ride-Sharing and Deliveries:
To make your stay as smooth as possible, please notify us in advance if you expect ride-share services (Uber/Lyft), deliveries, or other services that need community access. While we strive to respond promptly, please allow some flexibility in our response times. Late-night requests may require you to meet the driver or delivery person at the gate.
