The Kemnitz family’s beautiful vacation home is located near the beach on Haakestraße in Dahme.

The house is situated on a spacious lot with a large terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden.

On the first floor (52 m²), there is a bright living room with a sofa set, TV, open fireplace (use by request only—contact the landlord), and access to the terrace. On the terrace (28 m²), you can enjoy lovely barbecue evenings and use the open-air grill.

The large, light-filled hallway features a coat closet, a dresser, and a guest restroom.

The kitchen is functionally equipped with a dining table and seating for up to 8 people.

On the upper floor (25 m²), there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, nightstands, a dresser, and a rattan chair.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a large wardrobe.

The upstairs bathroom features a shower, toilet, and an exterior window.

The basement (52 m²) has a ceiling height of approximately 180 cm. It features two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other has a double bed.

The total usable living space, including the low basement, is approximately 120 m².
