Welcome to the "Ocean View" vacation home in Pelzerhaken—your getaway on the Baltic Sea coast. This exclusive retreat offers the highest level of comfort, a spacious layout, and a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach.

The spacious living area impresses with its rustic decor and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The large dining table seats 10 people, perfect for enjoying meals together.
Comfortable sofas and a separate fireplace room with a library and sitting area create a cozy ambiance, especially on cooler evenings. The large panoramic windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a relaxing view of the garden.

The house has four bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a room with a bunk bed for two people and a guest restroom. On the upper floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each feature a double bed and an open loft with a mattress for a third person—since the loft is accessible via a steep staircase, it’s ideal for older children who love having their own little retreat. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There are also two bathrooms on this floor; one has a bathtub and double sink, while the other has a shower and toilet.

A special highlight of the house is the luxurious private sauna, which offers the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or a bike ride through the surrounding area. Let the soothing warmth wash over you and leave your everyday worries behind.

The spacious sun terrace is equipped with comfortable patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill—ideal for social evenings outdoors. The 1,200-square-meter property offers plenty of space for activities, fun, and relaxation. Surrounded by lush greenery, you can enjoy nature to the fullest here and wind down the day with a view of the garden, while the Baltic Sea is just a short walk away.

Your dog is also welcome at this property.
Please note that the sauna operates via a coin-operated machine—15 minutes cost 0.50 cents.
You can order firewood through Urlando for a fee or purchase it at supermarkets.

Since the lower apartment is rented out, we ask that you follow our house rules—observe general quiet hours, such as midday, nighttime, and Sunday quiet hours, and avoid loud noise between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Haus Timpenbarg is located in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken, just a few minutes’ walk from the fine sandy beach. The location is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing environment without having to sacrifice the amenities of a lively coastal town.
The upper part of the house can accommodate up to 10 people, and the cozy lower apartment can accommodate 3 people (2 adults and 1 baby)
Pelzerhaken offers a wide variety of recreational activities, restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, all within easy walking distance.
The town also features a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
