With over 70 m² of space, this vacation rental can accommodate up to 6 adults and one toddler.
The vacation rental is located close to the beach, so the beautiful promenade with its many cafés and the sea are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The Starke family’s vacation rental in the Baltic Sea resort town of Dahme features a living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, stereo cabinet, an open-concept kitchen (NEW, installed in 2021), and a dining table that seats up to 8 people.
You also have access to the furnished terrace from here.

The apartment also includes a separate bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), nightstands, a wardrobe, and a fixed-in-place crib.

The second separate bedroom has two single beds (90 x 210 cm) and a wardrobe.
The hallway features a coat rack, a dresser, a shoe rack, and a large built-in closet with an integrated mirror.

A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available (NEW, installed in 2020).

Shared laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer are available in the complex (coin-operated).

Wi-Fi access is free.

A private underground parking space (No. 2) is available.
The underground parking space is relatively narrow.
Not suitable for larger cars.
A bicycle storage room is also available to guests.

Die Unterkunft war gut. Da diese Unterkunft auch mit Hund bewohnbar ist, würde mir eine hundesichere Terrassenbegrenzung gefallen. In der natürlich gewachsenen Hecke, was ökologisch Top ist, sind zu große Lücken. Das ist aber "meckern" auf hohem Niveau. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Steand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dort hin ein Trampolinpark und Minigolfanlage. Für uns und unseren Enkel ein Paradies, neben den in wenigen Minuten erreichbaren Spielplätzen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir sind allerdings doch ohne die Großeltern angereist und waren froh darüber, weil uns die Wohnung für vier Personen trotz der Quadratmeter recht klein vorkam. Für 6 Personen halten wir die Wohnung für ungeeignet.

Pro: Gute Lage, nah an Strand und Promenade. Haustierfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Kontra: Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Oberflächlich gerade okay aber bsw. beim Betten beziehen traf mich der Schlag. Das Schlafsofa lud auch nicht dazu ein, sein Nachtlager dort aufzuschlagen. Das Bad hat die Größe einer Gästetoilette mit Dusche. Der Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) ist mit einem größeren Auto kaum nutzbar. Wenn man irgendwie da rein kommt, steht man direkt vor der Tür des Fahrradkellers. Draußen keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Kochfeld mit 2 Herdplatten zu klein um für eine 6 köpfige Familie etwas zuzubereiten. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel. Das erfordert gute Absprachen mit 4 Kids, die auch mal allein losziehen möchten. Fazit: Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, würden die Unterkunft für uns aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wir hatten wirklich sehr schön Tage, das Wetter spielte auch mit. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und ist nur 3-4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Ruhige Lage, Bäcker ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und sehr schön eingerichtet. Einziges Manko, es bräuchte eine neue Duschhalterung. Ansonsten war es ein super gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank :)

Bei der Ausstattung muss ich leider Abstriche machen. In der Küche ist nur eine 2Plattenkochplatte.

Bei der Ausstattung muss ich leider Abstriche machen. In der Küche ist nur eine 2Plattenkochplatte. Für Familien mit Kindern, die auch einmal ein Mittagessen kochen möchten sehr ungünstig. Geschirr, Besteck alles in großen Mengen vorhanden. Im Bad , das nächste Manko, ein sehr kleines Waschbecken, mit einem Regal darüber, sodass man beim Zähneputzen kaum ausspülen kann.

Das Team des Vermittlungsbüros Knauff ist unschlagbar gut. Mega freundlich und Top Service Die Unterkunft die für uns ausgesucht wurde war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. 4 Minuten bis zum Strand, eigene Terrasse und alles was man braucht war vorhanden Immer wieder gerne :-)
