A cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 43 m² of living space) for up to 4 people with
large balcony on the 1st floor awaits you: Living room with a high-quality sleeper sofa, LCD TV, DVD player (Netflix-compatible)
, and Wi-Fi; separate dining area; fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave;
a separate bedroom with a double bed; shower/toilet. The balcony offers a side view of the sea and
is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. A private parking space right next to the house
is also included with the apartment.



You’ll be staying at Villa Linde in a fully equipped vacation apartment for 1–4 people, featuring one bedroom, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower/toilet, a balcony/terrace, TV, and, in some cases, a telephone.

Just a few steps away, you’ll find shops for daily necessities, restaurants, cafés, and spa facilities. The North Beach, whose promenade leads all the way to the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Local recreational activities: movie theater, library, bowling, bike rentals, indoor swimming pool, horseback riding, nightclub, boating, guided hiking and biking tours, the “Rasender Roland” narrow-gauge railway, and a wide range of programs for guests and children.

In winter: cross-country skiing (20 km trail), sledding (350 m sledding hill).



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
