Large vacation home on the North Sea with 2 usable units for up to 13 people

With us, you can rent a modern, detached house in a prime location right on the dike in Rüstersiel.
With 180 square meters of living space, you can expect pure coziness and modern comfort.
The house is divided into two units. These two units are connected to each other and can both be used when rented. There are 13 sleeping accommodations in total.
The front unit (132 square meters) offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining area, and a modern kitchen, making it an ideal place for a family or group vacation.
The second, smaller unit, measuring just under 50 square meters, sleeps 4; it features a beautiful, modern kitchen, a bright bathroom, and a cozy living/sleeping area with a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Both units have access to the garden, as well as their own terrace (including seating and a grill). There is ample parking available at the house.
It is possible to connect both units via a connecting door.
The front unit features a large living area (real wood parquet flooring) with a dining table and plenty of comfortable seating. The 75-inch LCD TV creates a movie theater atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms feature large showers and a toilet. The smaller unit has a bathroom with a shower.
The house is located in a quiet residential area (30 Zone) right on the dike.

It features a well-established garden that's perfect for relaxing in nature and offers plenty of space for children to play.
Several playgrounds, a soccer field, a new BMX and scooter track, and a cool basketball court with a ping-pong table are located nearby.
Swimming options at the North Sea resort of Hooksiel or the Nautimo water park are just a 10-minute drive away.
Shopping options are also within easy reach (bakery, supermarket, post office, newsstand). In the Rüstersiel neighborhood, there are two restaurants within walking distance.
The city center can be reached by bus or by car in 10 minutes.
Our prices include Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, and parking.
Please note:
The mattresses are made up with fitted sheets upon arrival. The duvets (135 cm x 200 cm) and pillows (80 cm x 80 cm) are placed on the beds unmade.
Please bring your own bed linens and bath towels.
Smaller towels (50 cm x 100 cm) and dish towels are provided on site.
Salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, and many other useful little items are also provided.
There is no tourist tax. The house is exempt from any guest fees. (There are no hidden costs)
...but there's a bakery nearby ;-)
