140 sqm penthouse apartment for up to 6 people with roof terrace in the city center

Our vacation rental, which was largely refurbished in 2024, is located in the center of Lingen (Ems) on the edge of the pedestrian zone. It can accommodate up to 6 (in exceptional cases, up to 8) people. It is fully equipped. Amenities such as an iron, dishwasher, and washer-dryer are standard, as are Wi-Fi access and a smart TV. Comfort-size beds measuring 155x220 cm.

Included in the rental price is a parking pass for the underground garage (24/7) for one car up to 2 meters in height (vehicles powered by LPG are excluded). The above-ground parking lot features 2 public charging stations for electric vehicles (max. 22 kW) and XXL parking spaces for larger vehicles such as RVs (each subject to a fee).

The apartment includes a furnished rooftop terrace with a view over the rooftops of Lingen.
A linens package (bed linens, shower towel, hand towel) is included (1 per person).

Children up to 3 years of age stay for free (without a linens package) and do not need to be listed during booking. A travel crib and high chair are provided free of charge.

The large Smart TV offers numerous TV channels (Zattoo app). To use other streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc., you can use your personal login credentials on the device (please delete them upon checkout!) or connect a compatible TV stick (e.g., Fire TV Stick).

Note:
The apartment must be left tidy and swept clean; otherwise, the additional costs will be charged retroactively. If more guests arrive than were registered, we will also charge €20 per guest per night for the entire rental period.

After booking, a copy of the booking guest’s ID must be submitted. This information serves as proof for authorities such as the tax office, but also to ensure the enforceability of any additional claims or claims for damages.
