Nice apartment for 2 people, 3 stars, 5 minutes to the beach

A charming vacation rental for 2 people located in the heart of Liznjan (approx. 2 km from Medulin, 10 km from Premantura-Kamenjak, and 12 km from Pula).<br> It is on the first floor of an old family home built of stone. It has a separate entrance.<br>The apartment is 42 m². Very romantic for two people. The kitchen and living room are in one room.<br>It consists of a small kitchen (stove, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, microwave) with handmade retro furniture. There is a sofa in the same room. The toilet, sink, and shower are separated by a small hallway. The large bedroom with a double bed has a separate exit to the courtyard, which features beautiful patio furniture for relaxing moments with a drink. Air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, and Netflix are available.<br>Near the apartment, there are several grocery stores, a few restaurants and bars, a pharmacy, a clinic, a dentist’s office, a post office, an ATM, a travel agency, small supermarkets, a hair salon, a church, and a bus station with good connections to Medulin and Pula.<br>Ližnjan is a small fishing village with crystal-clear waters; the nearest beach is about 2 km (a few minutes by car) from the apartment. There are also long, largely undeveloped beaches a few kilometers away. Everyone can find a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy themselves.<br><br>From Ližnjan, you can easily reach many attractions, numerous natural beauties, and beaches without a long drive.
