The freshly washed sheets were in the dryer overnight which is why they may have looked wrinkly. We would like to clarify a few more points regarding your concerns. Amenities: our listing explicitly states that we provide an initial starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels as well as dish and dishwasher soap and body soap and shampoo. Prior to your arrival the multiple roll holder was fully stocked. Laundry supplies: while not listed as included, we do leave dryer sheets and detergent pods above the dryer and they were still there after you left. You must not have seen them. Property layout: our listing photos accurately display furniture and window blinds so guests can see exactly what to expect when booking, including the lighting and room setups. We always encourage reading the listing details and reviewing the photos carefully before booking to make sure the property matches their specific preferences and expectations. We responded to you locking yourself out quickly and then supplied more TP and laundry pods in a brand new mini trash can that still had the label on. We are not sure why you are so grumpy and misleading but hope you can find some joy in your life.

I recently put a barrier up to prevent guest from parking close to the front door on my front lawn in an attempt to regrow the grass . Mark had moved my barrier so that he could park next to the front door. I noticed this when driving by my property so I moved it back and ask him to park in the driveway. The driveway is only 10 steps from the front door. I believe this is why the 4 instead of 5 stars for such a beautiful newly remodeled home.
