Getting around the Beltline neighbourhood couldn`t be easier!

With convenient access to public transportation including buses and the CTrain, exploring Calgary`s vibrant downtown scene is a breeze.

For those preferring to drive, we have a free underground dedicated parking space for guests and street parking is available throughout the area. Additionally, bike lanes and pathways make cycling a popular and eco-friendly way to navigate the neighborhood and beyond.

Whether you`re venturing out to explore the city`s attractions or simply taking a leisurely stroll through the bustling streets, there are plenty of transportation options in the Beltline area.

Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in a fine of $500.

Smoking and Illicit Substances:
Smoking and the use of any illicit substances are strictly prohibited in the building and the unit. Violation will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Parties/Events:
Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Violation will result in a $2000 fine and immediate eviction.

Keyfob Replacement:
If the keyfob is lost or stolen, a $300 replacement fee will be charged.

Deep Cleaning Fee:
Our standard cleaning checklist includes disposing of your trash, washing your dishes, and clearing the fridge of any items you may have placed in there during your stay. We kindly ask guests to this maintain this standard and the property in the clean condition it was found in. Failure to follow will result in a $150 deep cleaning fee.

Late Check-Out Fee (After 10 AM):
A flat fee of $100 will be charged for late check-out.
Locking Doors:
Guests must always lock the balcony and main doors when leaving the property for security purposes.

Shoes Policy:
Shoes must be removed at the door mat upon entering the suite to maintain cleanliness.

Weather Precautions:
During rain or snow, windows and the balcony door must be kept closed to prevent water damage to the property and building.

Guests:
No unregistered guests are permitted on the property.

Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Early Check-In:
Early check-in at 1:00 PM is available for $35. Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Approval is subject to cleaning schedule and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Late Check-Out:
Late check-out at 12:00 PM (noon) is available for $45. Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Approval depends on cleaning schedule availability.

Building Amenities:
Guests are expected to use the building amenities such as the gym and game rooms respectfully and clean up after themselves.
