You can easily reach downtown Kassel and the DOCUMENTA exhibition spaces in just a few minutes by car or public transportation (bus), or even on foot through the Fulda floodplain, which is right outside the door.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a double bunk bed, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 also features a double bed with a closet and a desk. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed. The sleeping area is very quiet.

The living room is furnished with a large, comfortable couch, as well as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. There is also a very spacious dining area here.
