The Hideaway is a private, pet friendly, 2-bedroom guest home tucked behind the 24th St Bungalow in Boise’s North End. With a small fenced yard, covered parking, and a private entrance, it’s a comfortable and quiet place to stay just minutes from Hyde Park, the foothills, and downtown Boise.
The Space:
The Hideaway is a private 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit located behind the 24th St Bungalow. The space includes a living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small private fenced yard that is great for relaxing or traveling with pets. The unit also includes a covered carport for parking.
The unit shares one wall with the main house but has a separate entrance and private outdoor space, making it feel like its own private home.
We are pet friendly and the unit includes a small fenced yard. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet. We ask that pets are house trained, cleaned up after, and not left unattended in the yard for long periods of time.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire Hideaway unit, including the living area, kitchen, both bedrooms, bathroom, and private fenced yard. The unit has its own private entrance and covered carport for parking.
You will receive self check-in instructions and your entry code prior to arrival so you can check in at your convenience.

The 24th St Hideaway is located in Boise’s historic North End, one of the most desirable and walkable neighborhoods in the city. The North End is known for its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and easy access to both downtown and the Boise foothills.
Just a few minutes away is Hyde Park, a local favorite with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and small boutiques. From the house, you’re also very close to Camel’s Back Park and the foothill trail system, where you can hike, bike, or enjoy views over the city.
The home also has quick access to **Bogus Basin Road**, which is one of Boise’s main recreation corridors. As you head up Bogus Basin Road, you’ll find trailheads, scenic overlooks, mountain biking trails, hiking routes, and access to Bogus Basin, Boise’s local ski resort offering skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and summer activities. It’s an easy drive from the house, making this a great location for guests who want quick access to outdoor recreation year-round.
Downtown Boise is only a short drive away, where you’ll find restaurants, breweries, shopping, Boise State University, and access to the Boise River Greenbelt.
This neighborhood is quiet, established, and very walkable, making it a great place to stay whether you're visiting for outdoor activities, downtown events, skiing, biking, or a relaxing getaway.
