Nice cozy place, clean rooms , snacks , few items in the fridge just as described keep up with communication, even willing to make it kid friendly. Better than any hotels we stayed in. Less than 10 from good restaurants.

This is a great location. The street is fairly quiet. It's wide and we had no problem finding a parking space as we came and went. It's in a really nice section of the city and close to some great restaurants and night life. We were just there for a weekend to visit my son at Pitt for his 21st birthday, so, admittedly, we didn't spend a ton of time actually there (it was really close to Pitt!). The kitchen appeared to be really well-appointed but we didn't actually use it much. The host provided some snacks, including fresh fruit, which was really appreciated. The bed was very comfy and, again, it was a quiet street so we slept great. In general, it's a very old house. Much of that was very charming! On the other hand, the amount of available outlets was limited and the toilet in the bathroom was in a little bit of a crammed space. For us, those were minor things that didn't affect our stay, but should be noted. We would stay here again if needed. Thanks Amber for a great stay!

Our stay at this charming, immaculate, spacious and generously stocked home was absolutely perfect! We had two rooms with king sized beds, fitted with the softest sheets and cozy blankets. The kitchen was so clean and stocked with every imaginable utensil and appliance one could need. The refrigerator had bread, eggs, butter, jam, water and soda bottles waiting for us!! On the kitchen table was a bowl of fresh fruit, and my absolute favorite was an espresso pod machine that made the most delicious coffee!!!! I drank it outside on our little back patio enclosed by a small and enchanting back yard.The location was so convenient. It’s located just a few minutes from Squirrel Hill shops and restaurants. Parking was easy, no problem finding a space on the street. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and quiet.Amber was easy to communicate with. She responded immediately to a question I had and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning on our next visit to Pittsburgh.

The property was clean, cozy and a very comfortable place to stay. Excellent location close to everything we needed to see and do. Host was readily available and responsive.
