Our 145 m² vacation rental, located in a completely quiet spot on the edge of a field and accommodating up to 4 people, awaits you in the small village of Muttensweiler near Biberach an der Riß!<br><br>We’ve opted for a modern, open-concept layout with distinct functional areas and two separate bedrooms. The larger bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom with direct access, and there’s also a guest restroom.<br><br>Of course, Wi-Fi is available to our guests in every room, and air conditioning rounds out this harmonious package.<br><br>As soon as you open the front door, you’ll be greeted by a pleasant sense of exclusive spaciousness. The unobstructed view of nature through the floor-to-ceiling windows—that’s what instantly makes you forget your daily routine and puts you in a vacation mood. Step inside and discover all the amenities our large, tastefully designed vacation rental has to offer.<br><br>Kitchen<br>The new kitchen, featuring a modern two-tone design, impresses with a stylish island and a counter that invites you to sit down and enjoy a delicious snack. From here, you can also enjoy a direct view of the greenery or simply step right out through the patio door and take a seat at the garden table in the sun.<br><br>You’ll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and to prepare your own meals exactly as you wish. The refrigerator is a space-saving marvel with a practical freezer compartment.<br>The full-flavored Senseo coffee maker for two people is also a chic eye-catcher on the countertop. Do you prefer a nice cup of tea in the afternoon? You can brew that quickly with our electric kettle, too. The necessary accessories are, of course, waiting for you in the cabinet. A high-quality microwave with an integrated oven function rounds out these handy kitchen appliances. Naturally, you’ll find your vacation kitchen fully equipped with a complete cookware set, all other utensils, as well as dishes and cutlery for 4 people. Our dishwasher is ready for your dishes, and we’ve even set out the tabs for you.<br><br>We’ve also provided you with the iRobot vacuum robot—another ingenious household helper you can use to clean up breadcrumbs or whenever you’d like.<br><br>Bedrooms<br>Two separate and spacious bedrooms await you. Both are equipped with 1.80 x 2.00 m beds and high-quality, state-of-the-art mattresses. The closets offer plenty of space for your clothes; hangers are provided, and we also supply the bedding.<br>There are convenient electrical outlets in the bedroom if you’d like to charge your devices there.<br><br>Bathroom<br>The bathroom, which features a large shower, is stocked with soap dispensers and toilet paper, as well as a hair dryer. You don’t have to worry about towels either—they’re part of our standard amenities in the bathroom. For longer stays, we’ve also provided a washer and dryer, making it easy to do a quick load of laundry right in your own space. If you, too, love the scent of sun-dried laundry, feel free to use the ready-to-use clothesline. To round out the laundry experience, you’ll also find an ironing board and iron, because a wrinkled shirt certainly shouldn’t spoil your mood while you’re staying with us.<br><br>Living Area<br>In the open living area of your vacation rental, you can choose between a comfortable recliner or a cozy rocking chair for a relaxing evening of TV on the extra-large flat-screen TV. Of course, the coffee table for drinks and snacks is a must.<br>Another seating area with two modern armchairs and a small table is perfect for a lively conversation or simply to unwind a bit and enjoy the unobstructed view out into the garden.<br>On clear days, the large windows offer a breathtaking view of the impressive Alpine panorama. You can enjoy this view from the large terrace or, when the weather is cooler, in our cozy conservatory-style area while sipping a glass of wine.<br><br>In the open living space, the large glass dining table with modern seating invites you to dine together and enjoy each other’s company.<br><br>Garden and Outdoor Area<br>The large garden surrounding the house belongs to our ground-floor apartment and is entirely at your disposal.
