Nestled in Windy Hill, this sunny one-story cottage will give you comfy coastal vibes to relax, both indoors and outdoors. From the front porch rockers, outdoor shady gazebo, or spacious bedrooms and family room, there are spaces for everyone to gather and enjoy. Your “furry” family member is invited too. Small dogs are allowed -- 2 maximum and under 25 pounds, please. Each pet will require a $300/per pet, non-refundable fee. The back yard is friendly on the feet with artificial turf and completely fenced in. Golf cart rentals are allowed, too.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main bedroom (King) has a large, private en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom (Queen) shares the hallway bathroom, along with the 3rd bedroom which is perfectly set up for the little ones with bunk beds (Full / Twin combo). All bed and bath linens will be provided during your stay, with beds freshly made before your arrival. Full size washer and dryer in separate, outside laundry room just off the back porch.

Outdoors there is a Blackstone grill station to plan a special seafood spread or hotdogs for your summer picnic. Owner does not supply propane refills. There is also a charcoal grill for those craving a traditional burger!! Plan to bring your corn hole boards, there's plenty of space for family friendly competition. The owner provides use of a beach cart, plus any beach supplies stored at the house are for guests use - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The backyard lawn is no-worry turf grass. The covered gazebo is lit for relaxing under the stars and enjoying the evening's coastal breeze. The private outdoor shower has both hot and cold water, for a refreshing rinse after a salty day on the beach. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the private driveway. Guests can rent a golf cart for easy ride to the beach access, or afternoon shuttling around for mini-golf and ice cream!

This property is Motorcycle Friendly with some space for (smaller) trailers, too. Please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY.

*Please Note - this property is monitored with 2 RING doorbells for outdoor security. There are no indoor cameras. The RING system does have audio recording and motion detectors. The cameras are located on the front and back of the home.
*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.

The cottage is ideally located within the heart of North Myrtle Beach, only a 2 block walk to the beach. Enjoy the festivities of downtown, Main Street, for live music, dance clubs, green parks and playground, boutique shopping, a variety of restaurants and ice-cream shops. With endless choices, from burgers and pizza, to homecooked meals and fine seafood dining, a night "out on the town" will be something special. There are no less than a dozen golf courses within a 10 minute drive, too.

Just minutes away, is our most popular North Myrtle destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues. Over 100 shops & restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex offers specialty boutiques, great eateries and breweries. There are kids attractions & weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators to amaze.

Within 20 minutes is downtown Myrtle Beach, famous for the Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach. As the heart of one of the world's favorite vacation destinations, there's always something happening in Myrtle Beach. Year round attractions include festivals, events, sports, national and private parks, golfing, boating, fishing and beautiful beaches to enjoy. There's something for everyone!!!

We give weekly and monthly discounts. A $1,000 security hold is released 3 days after check out if no damage. Beach towels not provided.

* No smoking on premises, interior or exterior. $500 fine if smoke has been detected and eviction. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars or pipes.
* Pet Fee Required ($300/Non-Refundable per pet, 2 pet maximum under 25 pounds)
* No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if police are called
* Minimum rental age is 25 years. Groups must be comprised of half adults over age 25
* No campers or RVs
* Guest are responsible to clean the grill before departure to avoid $200 fee.
