Villa Bahari has been the subject of a full renovation programme in early 2020 and is an exceptional villa offering spacious outside living as well as beautifully-presented interiors.



This fully air-conditioned property makes full use of sliding floor to ceiling glass throughout to ensure that there is a connection between the beautiful interior rooms, the outside space and the surrounding landscape.



Each of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite facilities and balconies:

The villa’s entrance is accessed by only couple of steps from the road level where there is enclosed garage parking.



The open plan living area comprises a spacious beautifully furnished lounge and dining room leading through to a fully fitted and equipped luxury kitchen with an island breakfast bar. There is also further direct access to an additional tranquil shaded seating area to enjoy views across the bay. The al-fresco dining area is conveniently accessed from the kitchen area.



Spacious sun terraces and covered lounge areas extend across the grounds of Bahari and have been lavishly furnished and designed to maximise the views and to make the most of the Mediterranean sunshine.



Several different areas are available to enjoy as a large group, as well as individually. There is an Ottoman seating area, covered dining terrace, and 10 sun-loungers are positioned in different areas around the pool terrace. All outdoor flooring has non-slip marble for safety.



Two different kitchenettes are available outside, one on the pool terrace and the other is situated on the roof terrace. Each is complete with a mini fridge. A wooden yoga platform and two swing seats are provided. A stone built BBQ is located by the alfresco dining area.



The villa is within an easy reach of the town centre - the walk will take approximately 7-10 minutes.
