The owner lives in the season in the main building, 30m above the studio and can provide you with informations or help you, if needed.
The 30m² studio is located in a residential district of beautiful Mougins.

In the front and in the back of the studio, you will find a terrace to relax, eat or make a barbecue, surrounded by jasmines, bamboo and lemon trees.

The lovely furnished studio is for 2 persons.
You enter by a big glass door (equiped with electric shutters for the night), into the living/sleeping room. Here you can sit down in a 2 places sofa, watch TV, eat or work at the table, check your emails (WIFI) or make a sieste in the confortable bed. The room is airconditionned.
In the kitechenett you can prepare small dishes ( 2 gaz hot plates , micro wave).
The seperated bathroom has a big shower and the toilet.

The technical room for the swimming pool of the main building is close to the entry of the studio.
The final cleaning is included.

Mougins is a very charming village beetween Cannes and Grasse.
Many artists live and lived here, like Picasso. Mougins is famous for its very good restaurants and summer activities. You will find all kind of shops (supermarkets, drug stores, bakery, butcher etc) in Mougins.

The excellent location of Mougins allows to discover the whole French Riviera.
Cannes with its Croisette and beaches, festivals in only 6km, Grasse in 15 min, Nice in 30 km, Monaco in 40 min.
