Cozy vacation bungalow with breathtaking lake view

This detached vacation bungalow is situated in a stunning location on the western shore of Lake Garda in the health resort of Tignale. The house is located in the well-maintained Sunclass Bungalows vacation park, in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Reserve, approximately 500 m above Lake Garda. It offers a magnificent view of the Monte Baldo massif and a phenomenal panoramic view of Lake Garda. <br>The resort is a vacation paradise for the whole family, featuring a heated swimming pool, a playground, and table tennis and pool tables. The pool, which includes a children’s pool, is accessible only to guests of Sunclass Bungalows and is supervised by a lifeguard. During peak season, guests can enjoy cold drinks, ice cream, and hearty snacks at the kiosk.<br>You’ll find a bungalow measuring approximately 60 square meters, featuring a spacious living and dining area as well as three bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an oven, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother, a toaster, a refrigerator and freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, and a kettle. Of course, there is an ample supply of dishes, silverware, and glasses/mugs. <br>The bedrooms can accommodate four adults and one child, featuring a double bed (1.80 m wide), two single beds, and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Satellite TV with German channels, a radio with a CD player, and, of course, free high-speed Wi-Fi round out the amenities. <br>The terrace, newly built in 2022 and furnished with high-quality lounge furniture, patio furniture, and umbrellas, invites you to relax and daydream. A barbecue fireplace is available for barbecue enthusiasts. On cooler days, a pellet stove with temperature control ensures a cozy atmosphere.<br>Bedding, bath towels, dish sponges/kitchen towels, and final cleaning are already included in the rental price. For vacations with small children, a high chair is available in the vacation home. Additionally, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for a fee right next to the front desk. A bread and grocery service provides guests with bakery items and various staple foods. These can be ordered at the front desk with immediate payment. Delivery takes place the next day.<br>Parking is available around the main building of the resort. About 80 steps separate the parking spaces from the quietly located vacation bungalow. The visitor’s tax (for guests 14 years and older: €2 per person per night) is billed separately. You will receive an invoice for the corresponding amount 14 days before arrival.
