▪️ Parking includes 1 driveway spot; additional vehicles are subject to a $10/day fee paid directly to Sun Retreats Avalon.
▪️ Trash and recycling must be disposed of in designated dumpsters located near the main office.
▪️ Reservations include access to 4 Avalon beach passes (valid for Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches) and 4 beach chairs available for guest use.
▪️ Guests booking both homes (Golden Beacon Retreat #31 and Midnight Beacon Retreat #32) will receive a 10% discount.
▪️ A curated list of local attractions will be provided prior to your stay to help you make the most of your visit.
▪️ An on-site laundromat is available within the resort (paid).
▪️ We offer early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee, subject to availability.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and additional concierge services may be available upon request for an extra fee.

▪️Strictly no pets (including ESA) allowed. Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
