THIS UNIT IS LOCATED ON 3RD FLOOR. If you have issues going up and down stairs this unit may not be for you.

Three bedrooms, two baths, living room area, eat in Kitchen, deck with table and chairs where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The unit is fully equipped with all essentials including all bedding, linens and towels!

Bunk beds will not be made up, but linen will be provided.

This apartment was perfect for four adults staying the weekend before Christmas! We were in an excellent location near plenty of restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Washington Mall! Communication, check-in Ann check-out was amazing! We had everything we needed in the apartment for our two nights. The heat worked great with the cold weather! Our slight view of the ocean from the third floor was very nice! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location. Communicating with the host was a little delayed at times. The bunk beds were not made up, which was frustrating when we were ready for bed and then had to make them up. It is a third floor walk up so up and down the stairs with items should be considered when booking. The check out process of having to put up the towels and sheets was different then any other VRBO we have rented. The unit overall is nice but anymore than 4 people and it would be really tight. The rooms were not that big.

Stayed here at the end of September with my husband and another couple. It was a cute place in a nice location. The host was very responsive to questions. This is the 3rd floor of an older home. I knew that when booking but if you have issues with stairs just be aware. It’s very close to the beach. i thought it was closer to Washington Street but it was a good 10-12 min walk. I didn’t mind, but the other couple with us had a harder time with the walk. I would stay here again if it was just me and my husband.

Loved this rental! Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. Impeccably clean and charming with beautiful Victorian accents throughout the apt. We especially enjoyed the private back deck for the spectacular views to accompany our morning coffee. Amazing location too - so close to the beach and an easy walk to the Washington Street mall. Even a rainy day was enjoyable from the lovely front porch. And bonus points for gracious hosts who helped us carry our overpacked luggage up the stairs upon arrival. Would absolutely recommend!

We had everything we needed for our week in Cape May. The place had the right amt of space for our party of 7 who spent most of our times outdoors enjoying all that Cape May offers in the summer. But the time in the apt was pleasant, and the kitchen was stocked for us to prepare some fun meals. Hosts were responsive but everything in the units was also self-explanatory and as described. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and comfortable place

This was a great place to stay, with everything we needed. Our family loves Cape May, but hadn’t been back in years. We were able to park on the street and walk everywhere we wanted for our three-day stay. We had a great time! The unit is very comfortable and exactly as described.

Wedding weekend in Cape May

Lovely 3rd floor unit with generous sized porch for outdoor dining. Very well-equipped, roomy kitchen. Firm beds very comfy. Excellent location, walk to beach and Washington Square. We had 4 separate family members book a unit in this building and enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch together. Cape May is so beautiful! Thank you.

Location, location!

2 blocks from the beach was fantastic! We were able to leave the car most days, and walk or bike everywhere. The apartment is the top floor in one half of a Victorian house, that was bright, and quiet. The beds were great - nice and firm. It has some updates, and more seem to be in progress. It was nice to have bath towels, as most CM properties do not, and there were bottles of shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc, which were appreciated. The outdoor back patio furniture was old, and the whole area was not clean enough to sit or spend time in, nor did grilling seem appealing, however the outdoor shower was brand new and a nice addition! The third bedroom has triple stacked twin beds and wouldn't be appropriate for adults. Parking is on-street, but wasn't too much of an issue. The one negative is that there were a lot of cleanliness issues inside the apartment, but the owners were using a new crew. Also, the owner's kids were taking outdoor showers and their family was on the porch for almost an hour after our check-in time of 4pm, which I haven't seen before, but everyone was very pleasant and had good tips on the area.

Great !!

We have been going to Cape May for 25 years. Mostly at the Camelot, which we love but have out grown. We’ve stayed at a few other homes but need room for at least 6, sometimes 7. The other homes were a bit far or a little small. This home was perfect. Great location and comfortably fit our family. Easy walk or bike to the beach/mall and my wife’s family staying at the Camelot. We got to see our family while having our own space across the street. Alicia was very responsive with the few questions we had. Our teenage boys had a fun time and want to stay at this location again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

My husband, our adult son and myself stayed at this pretty Victorian house during a weekend in December 2023 to attend a wedding. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is walking distance to the beach and to all the amenities in the center of Cape May. The listing was accurate and the communication / check-in process was good and easy. We would definitely like to go back during the summer!

Family Time at the Shore

Well equipped, nicely appointed, 3rd floor apartment 1 block from the beach and a short walk to the mall. Dinner at sunset on the deck was perfect. Great grill and common area in the backyard. Many great restaurants all within walking distance. Louisa's is a definite thumbs up. Bike rental is 1/2 block away. We will be back. Thank you!

Spring Break Getaway
