The Osprey's Nest is located two blocks from the beach, two blocks from Mason Avenue (shopping and dining) and one block from Central Park.

All linens are included and the kitchen is fully equipped for all types of cooking. Enjoy grilling in the large fenced-in backyard after a fun day at the beach or relaxing on the front porch or spacious upper deck.

No Smoking Please. Pets may be allowed after approval but not allowed on furniture.


The Space
Our spacious home located just two blocks from the beach, shopping, and park is tastefully decorated and guaranteed to make you feel comfortable whether vacationing with the family, a gals or guys weekend trip or "working and schooling away from home." The inviting front porch has plenty of seating for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an early evening cocktail.

Walk into the front living room which is great for hanging out. It boasts a large sofa and side chairs for relaxing and reading a book or great conversations.

In a nook, on your way to the family room is a small "business area" with a comfortable desk for working remotely. High Speed WiFi is provided.

The family room has a huge sectional sofa with with chaise and ottoman for relaxing while reading (book collection available for your and your kids' enjoyment) or watching your favorite shows on the large mounted TV. Enjoy the collection of board games when you need some indoor time out of the sun.

The large dining space seats 8 and there is even a small kids table and chairs for your little ones to eat or make your new favorite piece of artwork.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking and baking. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. A full size washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. Dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and detergent are made available to you to help make your stay easy.

Upstairs are four bedrooms: The large master bedroom has a king bed, TV, sitting area, and makeup vanity. The second floor deck is just off the master with chairs for enjoying a lazy afternoon. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable sitting area perfect for enjoying a good book. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjoining room (fourth bedroom) with two twin beds.

There are two full bathrooms; one on each floor with a tub in the downstairs bathroom. All linens (sheets and towels) are included. Thank you for looking and we hope you allow us to be your hosts!
