This rental offers Italian tile floors, vaulted ceilings, gas log stove, ceiling fan, interior wood detailing by local craftsmen. The fully outfitted kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as silver/dish/cookware. The full bath includes a shower/tub combination, commode, sink. The living and dining areas have river views. Living area offers an easy chair and futon couch which makes into a full bed. The private deck sits about 30 paces from the river with easy river access. There is a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. Gas and electric heat, thermostat controlled. Complimentary WiFi.



1 Bedroom: An upstairs bedroom offering a queen bed, easy chair, dresser, and clothes rack. Living area Futon Couch main floor. Makes into a full bed. You provide the blankets. We supply the sheets and pillows.



Items to bring: Futon bedding (we supply the bed sheets and pillows), paper plates, beach/river towels, sun screen, mosquito repellent, fishing gear, binoculars, and a flashlight.



Our Cabin is located on the east bank of the Pecos River with easy access to the river and to fishing. A New Mexico fishing license is required for those 12 years and older. Provided: dish soap, salt and pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, coffee filters, blow dryer, body wash, shampoo, gas BBQ grill with propane. Dedicated WiFi. DISH TV.
