Welcome to Unterberg, a neighborhood in the municipality of Anger in the Berchtesgadener Land region. We look forward to welcoming you to our former farmhouse. In the spring of 2022, the farmhouse was expanded to include an accessible, family-friendly vacation apartment with its own parking space right outside the front door and a spacious terrace. The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and nature. New as of 2023: an electric vehicle charging station! Upon request, you can now charge your e-bike or electric car right here at our property.
The 94-square-meter apartment features three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a spacious bathroom. The first bedroom features a double bed (200x200 cm) with an electrically adjustable slatted frame, a closet, and—upon request—we can provide a children’s crib. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed (140x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), and a wardrobe. The third room is a cozy interior room equipped with a bunk bed (90x200 cm). If needed, the top bunk can be fitted with a safety rail. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, and much more. The dining area seats 6 people, and a high chair is available at any time if needed. In the living area, you can relax on our comfortable sofa set. The cabinet contains a flat-screen TV and games. The spacious bathroom is equipped with an accessible shower, a bathtub, and a wheelchair-accessible sink. On the fenced-in patio with a garden, we provide outdoor furniture and a lovely spot to relax. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire vacation rental.
Here, you can spend your vacation with family and friends in a homey atmosphere any time of year. Right next to our property, you’ll find a network of hiking trails, and numerous bike paths through the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land region are just a short distance away. Aufham—a district of the resort town of Anger—is only 1.5 km away. Here you’ll find local shopping, the family-friendly “Staufenbad” (outdoor pool), and other sports and recreational activities. We’re located very close to Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, Ruhpolding, Berchtesgaden, Lake Königssee, and Lake Chiemsee.
