After the turn of the year 2021/22, the ground-floor apartment Lee Ost 2.2, along with all seven other units in the complex, was completely redesigned and equipped with modern maritime-style furniture and new kitchens.

The 39-square-meter apartment features a ground-floor living and dining area that flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchenette. This allows you to enjoy time together as a couple (or a trio) while cooking, dining, and watching TV in the evening, and to reflect on the day’s experiences. From the living/dining area, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, which also includes a small green space.

The bedroom, with its high-quality double bed, offers plenty of space for two, as well as additional storage for your clothes and suitcases. Your child can use the room’s comfortable sleeper chair as a place to sleep.

The bathroom is located right next to the living/dining area and features a nearly new shower.

Look forward to high-quality carpets, comfortable wingback lounge chairs, white cabinetry with wood accents, and art displays featuring regional motifs that will adorn the living spaces of the Lee 2.0 residential complex following the renovation. In addition to upholstered furniture in shades of gray, blue, and beige, there will also be color accents in the form of painted walls in matching shades of reed, blue-gray, and sand.
