The condo offers a central location with quick access to shows, dining, and attractions, while still providing a quiet, residential feel. This spacious condo comfortably sleeps families and groups, featuring a king master suite with a private bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The layout offers just the right balance of togetherness and personal space, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The fully stocked kitchen includes newer appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner in. The coffee bar is ready with K-cups, tea, and hot cocoa, and there’s even a wine shelf stocked with glasses and openers for a cozy night in. Additional conveniences like in-unit laundry, a high chair, and a pack ’n play make this a practical and comfortable choice for longer stays or traveling with little ones.
One of the best parts of staying here is how close you are to everything—without being right in the middle of the noise. You’re just 5–10 minutes from the Branson Strip for live shows, dining, and entertainment, 10–15 minutes to Silver Dollar City, Branson Landing, and Table Rock Lake for boating, fishing, and lake days, and about 20 minutes to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena for concerts and events. If you love the outdoors, you’re in the perfect spot, with Table Rock State Park and White River Valley Trail System nearby for hiking and biking, golf at Pointe Royale Golf Course or Thousand Hills Golf Resort, and plenty of adventure options like ziplining, mountain coasters, and cave tours just a short drive away.
The condo is located in a quiet 6-unit building with a shared indoor entrance and one flight of stairs (approximately 16 steps) leading down to your private lower-level unit. As with most lower-level condos, you may occasionally hear light footsteps or normal activity from the unit above. Free parking is available directly in front of the building for one to two vehicles, with additional overflow parking nearby if needed. During the warmer months, you’ll also have access to the community pool just one street over, open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting), with hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note the pool may close on Tuesdays for routine maintenance, and there is no lifeguard on duty.
You’ll have full access to the entire condo, including the private patio and in-unit laundry. Entry is simple and secure with an electronic lock, and your custom PIN will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in. We truly want every guest to have a 5-star experience. While we are typically off-site, we are always just a message away and happy to help with anything you need, from local recommendations to quick assistance during your stay. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out—we genuinely want the opportunity to make it right.
This is a quiet, residential-style building, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
